Reminder! Edward Smith announced the World Changer program at the national conference in Seattle. Please remember to save up your loose change and turn it in to your local chaplain and council and they will send a check to be designated to the RTCA White Horse Riders Disaster and Crisis Response program. This is the beginning of what will become an annual White Horse Rider fundraiser- giving change to make a change. It will accumulate this December right before Christmas 2008. So save those pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters and lets turn them into dollars that will help change the world for those in need!
